A Few Words About Me
I'm Penny Crow. Several years ago after spending a career as a Registered Health Information Management Administrator (RHIA), I went back to school to become an Industrial and Organizational Psychologist. I thought if I could learn how people think, I could "fix" the very broken healthcare system. Well you can see how well that worked out! But, I have become passionate about helping executives think differently about themselves as leaders and the impact they have on their organizations. My mission in life is to help people build their own thinking frameworks before they spend any more money on a change management program. Leaders become stuck in the minutiae and don't spend enough time thinking. I truly believe my clients have the answers, my job is to ask the right questions!
I meet with my clients face-to-face whether it is in person or by a video conference. This allows a rapport to be created that will keep us focused and accountable to each other. Thinking is hard work and we don't want to waste precious time!
On a personal note, my husband and I live in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. We moved back "home" to be closer to our grandchildren (and their parents).
